"Being new to North Carolina, I was hesitant with placing my AUTO\HO\UMB policies with a local independent insurance agent since I used State Farm most of my life in NY. We understand how frustrating it can be when a claim is denied. After a thorough and careful review with our claims department, the denial was based on the presence of extensive rot and deterioration, which unfortunately falls outside the scope of coverage. Our policy covers sudden and accidental discharge of water, but damage resulting from gradual wear, rot, or maintenance issues is not covered. We know this is disappointing, but please know we are here to answer any questions. Thank you again."

"Coming into my second year with State Farm coverage for home, personal umbrella and personal articles insurance through Josh London's agency. I find them responsive, informative, and concerned with my satisfaction. No hard sell on anything, and I challenged them last year. This year's renewals were reasonable, the one that wasn't (personal umbrella) was explained satisfactorily to me by Josh. I learned that not bundling my auto was causing more premium than I had to pay on the other lines. That's where Chris Williams, on Josh's staff, took the ball and went running. He researched auto quotes for me, understood what numbers I was looking for, and designed a bundled plan that saved me $400. Again, they're not magicians and won't always be able to help, but I believe their concern for their client is #1. At least for me."
